DIY: Bean Frames

Beans taste amazing in salads and soups, but beans can turn a plain picture frame into something extraordinary. It sounds time consuming but I think the amount of time spent doing this counts.

Simply browse through a store that sells dried beans (or you may have them at home in the pantry) to get inspired by the bright colors and smooth bead-like shapes. Paint unfinished wooden frames with acrylic paint, and glue on beans with craft glue. Begin gluing along the outside edge of the frame, starting at one corner, applying a thin layer of glue and pressing on beans.

I think this is such a great idea and it could make your room or any other room in your house look special. I would love to do this!
